Dizziness
Overview
Symptoms of dizziness include problems with balance, feeling lightheaded and feeling like everything is spinning.
Things that can help if you feel dizzy include lying down until it stops, drinking plenty of water and trying not to bend over or move suddenly.
Common causes of dizziness include a problem inside your ear (such as an ear infection), a migraine, dehydration, anxiety and some medicines.
It's common to sometimes feel dizzy, lightheaded or off-balance. It's not usually serious, but see a GP if you're worried.
