Hives
Overview
The main symptom of hives is a raised rash that's very itchy. It can look red, but this may be less noticeable on brown and black skin.
You can usually treat hives with antihistamines from a pharmacy. If it does not get better, a GP may prescribe stronger antihistamines or steroids.
