Testicle lumps and swellings
Overview
If you have a lump in your testicle, a GP will check your testicle for obvious causes and may refer you for an ultrasound scan.
Lumps in the testicles can have many causes, like a build-up of fluid (cyst) or swollen veins. Sometimes they can be a sign of testicular cancer.
Lumps and swellings in the testicles (balls) are not usually caused by anything serious, but you should always get them checked by a GP.
