Symptoms of cradle cap include patches of greasy, scaly skin, usually on a baby's scalp, but it can also affect the face, body and nappy area.

You can remove cradle cap scales by gently rubbing moisturiser on your baby's scalp, brushing it with a soft brush and washing it with baby shampoo.

Cradle cap is a common and harmless condition that causes greasy, flaky scaly patches on a baby's scalp.
