Dehydration can be treated using oral rehydration solutions from a pharmacy. These are powders that you mix with water and then drink.
Drinking fluids, such as a water and squash, regularly can reduce the risk of dehydration. You should drink enough so your pee is a pale clear colour.
Dehydration is when your body loses more fluid than you take in. If it’s not treated, it can get worse and become a serious problem.
