Elbow and arm pain
Overview
Putting a pack of frozen peas wrapped in a tea towel on your arm can help ease elbow and arm pain. You can also take painkillers.
Possible causes of elbow and arm pain include tendonitis, sprains and strains, frozen shoulder, arthritis and bursitis.
Elbow and arm pain is not usually a sign of anything serious. But see a GP if it does not get better after a few weeks.
