Threadworms are tiny worms that can infect your gut.
Symptoms of threadworms include tiny worms in your poo and intense itching around your bottom (anus).
You can get medicines to treat threadworms from a pharmacy. You should also wash things like bedding, towels and sleepwear to kill the eggs.
You can catch threadworms if you touch something that someone with threadworms has touched and the tiny threadworm eggs get in your mouth.
